Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 c. white Karo syrup
1 lb. or 3 c. peanuts
1 Tbsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Boil sugar, water and Karo syrup until it reaches 240\u00b0.
Add peanuts and boil until 300\u00b0.
Remove from heat and add butter, salt and vanilla.
Add soda and quickly spread on 2 cookie sheets.
