Rhubarb Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    9-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Mix the 1/2 cup sugar with flour and rhubarb.
    Turn onto the baked pie crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Beat the softened cream cheese with the remaining 1/2 cup
    sugar until fluffy.
    Beat in eggs one at a time until creamy smooth.
    Pour over the hot rhubarb layer and continue baking at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from the oven and spread immediately with the following: 1 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Blend thoroughly; spread over hot pie and chill.
    May be served with whipped cream.
