Rhubarb Kuchen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. rhubarb, cut in small pieces (about 4 stalks)
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together the first 7 ingredients.
Add rhubarb and mix until combined.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Combine 1/2 cup of sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done.
Can be served with whipped cream or ice cream.
