Fruit Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. orange juice or 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen orange juice concentrate, diluted 3 parts water to 1 part orange juice
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pt. strong hot tea
    2 c. lemon juice
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    3 qt. ice water
    1 qt. ginger ale, chilled
    orange, lemon, pineapple or strawberry slices to garnish
    1 tea bag
    1 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 c. orange juice
    2 c. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. chilled ginger ale
Preparation
    Place 1
    tea
    bag in 1 cup boiling water.
    Steep 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove
    tea bag.
    Cool tea.
    Combine tea with sugar, orange
    juice,
    pineapple juice and lemon juice.
    Chill.
    Just before
    serving,
    add ginger ale.
    Place in punch cups and top with
    a
    cool spoonful of refreshing sherbet, any flavor, take your pick.
    Makes 14 servings.
