Parmesan American Fries - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
4 unpeeled large Russet potatoes, cut into 8 wedges each
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease cookie sheet.
In a small bowl, combine cheese and salt.
Brush potato wedges with margarine. Place on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle wedges with cheese mixture to coat.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
Serve warm with ketchup, or barbecue sauce or melted cheese for dipping.
Makes 32 appetizers.
