Ingredients

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Into large
bowl, measure all ingredients.
With mixer at low speed, beat ingredients until well mixed, occasionally scraping bowl.
Drop batter by level tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
With pancake turner, immediately move cookies to wire rack.
Cool.
Makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
