Chocolate Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
4 oz. low-salt, soft goat cheese
1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. lemon zest
1/2 c. Dutch process cocoa
Preparation

Melt chocolate.
Add honey, goat cheese, vanilla and lemon. Cool several hours.
Form 24 small balls; roll in cocoa.
