Grapefruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grapefruit sections
    1/4 c. grapefruit juice
    1/2 lb. large marshmallows (34)
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    graham cracker pie shell
Preparation
    Remove all white skin on grapefruit sections and allow fruit to drain for 5 minutes, saving juice.
    Melt marshmallows with 1/4 cup grapefruit juice, over low heat in saucepan.
    Remove from heat and cool, then lightly stir in grapefruit sections.
    Whip cream and fold into grapefruit mixture.
    Turn filling into pie shell and chill several hours before serving.
