Shrimp Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp, peeled
    2 lb. seasoning ham
    1 lb. sausage, sliced
    2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 can tomato sauce
    2 bay leaves
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. rice (uncooked)
    salt and pepper
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Fry ham, shrimp and sausage until brown.
    Add bell pepper, onion, garlic powder, parsley, bay leaves, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and Ro-Tel if desired.
    Cook about 15 minutes until shrimp almost done.
    Add rice and stir well.
    Cook until rice is done, stirring frequently.
