Lo-Cal Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw broccoli
    1/2 c. raw onion
    1/2 c. raw tomato
    3/4 c. vinegar
    artificial sweetener to taste
    1/2 c. raw cauliflower
    1/2 c. raw green pepper
    1/2 c. celery or mushrooms
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Chop raw vegetables and place in mixing bowl.
    Add remaining ingredients and marinate 3 hours or more.
    Makes 6 servings.
    One serving equals 25 calories.
