Spinach Salad With Sweet And Sour Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 to 2 lb. fresh spinach
    2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 can French fried onion rings
Preparation
    Prepare ahead the dressing by combining the sugar, vinegar and oil to allow sugar to dissolve; mix well. Clean and tear spinach; chill. When ready to serve, add 2 to 3 sliced hard-boiled eggs and 1 can French fried onion rings. Toss with dressing and serve immediately.
