Hamburger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    6 slices bread
    pinch of sage
Preparation
    Cook onions and celery in margarine.
    Soak bread and press out the water.
    Mix bread with onions and celery; add sage.
    Line a 2-quart casserole dish with hamburg by patting it on sides and bottom; add dressing.
    Blend soup with 1/2 can water or milk; pour over dressing.
    Make dents in dressing with spoon so the soup gets through the dressing.
    Bake for 45 minutes or until it bubbles up in the center.
