Kentucky Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. sugar
4 large eggs
2 Tbsp. bourbon
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. pecans
Preparation

In medium size pan, melt butter or margarine.
Remove from heat, stir in corn syrup and sugar.
Cool slightly.
Stir in eggs and bourbon until well mixed.
