Broiler Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. chuck roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup (dry)
Preparation
    Put beef in an oven broiling bag.
    Pour mushroom soup, dry onion soup and a little salt on top. Close bag.
    Punch holes in top of broiling bag.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes per pound.
