Spinach And Artichoke Casserole(Serves 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cook and drain
    1 large can artichokes (water packed), drain and cut in quarters
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in butter
    1/2 c. Parmesan
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and put in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
