Walnut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. oil
    5 tsp. soy sauce
    3 tsp. cornstarch
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced thinly into strips
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 medium onion, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 clove minced garlic
    1/2 lb. broccoli, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 red bell pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. walnuts
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Mix 1 tablespoon oil, 2 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon cornstarch in a small bowl.
    Stir in chicken to coat.
    Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
