Canned Okra - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 qt. okra
    4 Tbsp. plain salt
    8 Tbsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Cut
    okra as desired; place in large pot and cover with water, salt and vinegar.\tCook just until okra changes color. Pack
    in hot
    jars
    and
    seal.
    Drain and rinse before using. Excellent for frying, soups, etc.
