Pineapple Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream oil, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add dry ingredients to sugar mixture and then add crushed pineapple with its juice, mixing until well blended.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into paper lined or greased muffin pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
    Yields 3 dozen muffins.
