Mama Louise'S Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
3/4 lb. Danish Bleu cheese (the good stuff will be crumbly and dry)
1 tsp. white pepper
5 Tbsp. white vinegar
8 Tbsp. cold water
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt to taste
Preparation

Remove 1 cup mayonnaise from the original jar.
Set this aside for other dishes.
In the hollowed cavity of the mayonnaise, add all the ingredients.
Cap and mix well.
It is best if allowed to stand for 24 hours.
It gets even better in 2 to 3 days.
Will last 3 to 4 weeks.
