Exotic Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. coarsely cut turkey or chicken
    1 large can water chestnuts (20 oz.)
    2 lb. seedless grapes
    2 c. sliced celery
    2 to 3 c. toasted, slivered almonds
    3 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 large can pineapple chunks
Preparation
    Use turkey breast (2 1/2 to 3 pounds).
    Slice or dice water chestnuts, grapes and celery.
    Add 1 1/2 to 2 cups almonds.
    Mix mayonnaise, curry powder and soy sauce and 2 tablespoons lemon juice, if desired.
    Combine with turkey.
    Chill several hours. Serve.
    Spoon onto lettuce leaves; sprinkle with almonds and pineapple chunks.
    Serves 25.
