Quick Hot Cross Buns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tubes refrigerated biscuits
1 c. powdered sugar
1 egg white
3/4 c. raisins
Preparation

In blender, mix cream cheese and sugar or blend well by hand. Stir in raisins.
Set aside.
Press 2 biscuits together.
Flatten on breadboard to make 4-inch square.
Repeat to make nine more squares.
Spoon filling onto centers of dough.
Pull diagonal corners together over filling and pinch to seal.
Repeat with other two corners.
Arrange buns on greased 9-inch pie plate or square cake pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Cool slightly.
