"Sugar Free" Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled sliced apples
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. oats
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
-
Stir apples, cinnamon, tapioca, oil and apple juice concentrate together and place in a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Mix flour, oats, margarine and cinnamon.
Sprinkle on apple mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
