Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Duncan Hines German chocolate cake mix
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 can Baker's Angel Flake coconut
1 1/4 sticks margarine
Preparation

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle coconut into pan, then add pecans.
Mix cake according to directions on box.
Pour cake batter over coconut and pecans.
In a mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, margarine and powdered sugar.
Spoon this mixture over cake batter.
Don't try to smooth mixture, it will run together.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake pulls away from sides of pan.
Cake will have a crack in it.
