Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 qt. buttermilk
    4 c. flour
    5 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Beat the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer.
    Add the oil and buttermilk.
    Mix together the dry ingredients, then add to above mixture.
    Stir the dry ingredients in with a spoon; do not use mixer for this addition.
    Refrigerate overnight before using. Can be kept 6 weeks in refrigerator.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes in greased muffin tins.
    Makes 5 dozen regular muffins or 8 dozen tiny muffins.
