Homemade Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    6 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water.
    Add egg and oil.
    Mix in 2 cups of flour at a time until all mixed.
    Lightly grease bowl; put dough in bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    (Can keep in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.)
    Remove dough 2 to 3 hours before baking.
    Grease muffin pan and shape dough into medium size balls.
    Rub tops of balls with butter-flavored Crisco and let rolls raise for 2 to 3 hours.
    (Can cover with light weight towel.)
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 18 to 24 rolls.
    (Makes great pizza dough, too!)
