Crab Rangoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh crabmeat or 7.5 oz. can crabmeat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    dash of steak sauce
    dash of garlic powder
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/2 egg yolk
    1 pkg. wonton skins
Preparation
    Filling:
    In medium mixing bowl, blend crabmeat with cream cheese and steak sauce.
    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and egg yolk; blend thoroughly until light and fluffy.
