Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add to crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Line a spring-form pan and save some to sprinkle on top.
    Beat together the remaining ingredients; add one egg at a time.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
    Shut oven off and leave in oven for 1 hour.
    Do not open oven door.
    Chill.
    Cover with preserved canned fruit and serve.
