Lemon Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 1/4 c. boiling water
2 Tbsp. ReaLemon
pinch of salt
1/2 c. sugar
ground graham crackers
Preparation

Mix Jell-O, water, sugar, lemon juice and salt; let stand until almost set.
Whip milk, then add Jell-O mixture and mix. Spread crackers on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish; pour in mixture.
Sprinkle crackers on top.
Put in refrigerator and let set until ready to eat.
