Fried Rice #2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
    4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. sesame seed oil
    1 c. diced, cooked meat (beef, pork or chicken)
    3 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce or more to taste
    3/4 c. frozen peas
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    In 10-inch frying pan, saute onion and green pepper in oils until slightly transparent.
    Add meat, rice and soy sauce.
    Cook about 1 minute.
    Stir in peas.
    Add egg.
    Cook thoroughly, about 1 minute.
    Serves 6 people.
