Creamed Sweet Potatoes With Caramel Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick butter
1 1/4 c. water
dash of nutmeg (optional)
1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Wash and boil sweet potatoes in jackets until tender. Peel and rinse. Season with remaining ingredients and whip until fluffy.
