Cheese Blitzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ingredients (1 minute, scrape sides; mix 30 seconds more) and store in closed container in refrigerator overnight.
The next morning, it is ready to be cooked.
Shake well or stir well.
Cook 1/4 cup liquid in small frying pan on medium heat for 1 minute or until lightly brown.
Place on wax paper.
