Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. sliced apples, peeled
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation

In large bowl beat eggs, add sour cream.
Stir in sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, vanilla and salt; mix well.
Stir in apples. Pour in pie shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile combine butter, brown sugar and remaining flour.
Sprinkle on top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes more.
