Rj'S Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into eights
    2 Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and cut in thick slices
    1/3 c. apple juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Boil sweet potatoes for 20 minutes.
    Drain.
    In an ungreased baking dish layer sweet potatoes; then place apples over potatoes. Pour apple juice over apples; bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes uncovered.\tTake the casserole out of the oven and mash the mixture with potato masher to desired consistency.\tStir in cinnamon and dot with butter slices.
    Cover and bake an additional 15 minutes.
