Scalloped Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. scallops (sea scallops)
    1 1/2 cups crushed crackers (Ritz)
    3 Tbsp. light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    pepper
    Paprika
Preparation
    Wash and drain the scallops and season with salt.
    Toss the crackers with the melted butter.
    In a greased 8 inch square baking dish, arrange alternate layers of crackers and scallops, beginning and ending with the crackers.
    Pour the light cream over the top.
    Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
