Barbecued Deer - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. stew meat size deer chunks
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 Tbsp. light brown sugar
2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. ketchup
Preparation

Place deer meat into crock-pot.
Mix together remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
Pour over deer meat.
Cook on low for 12 hours or on high for 6 hours.
