Crabmeat Mold And Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of shrimp soup, undiluted
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 can crabmeat, drained
1 c. celery, chopped fine
Preparation

In saucepan, combine soup, cheese and onion.
Heat until cheese is melted.
Stir.
Blend in mayonnaise and remove from heat.
In small pan, sprinkle gelatin over water on low heat until dissolved.
Stir into soup mixture and add celery and crab meat. Pour into a 6-cup mold and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
Unmold on plate and serve with crackers.
