Emerald Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lime jello
    1/2 c. water
    1 small pkg. marshmallows
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 pt. whipping cream
    1 can crushed drained pineapple
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    On low heat, combine jello, water and pineapple juice in a saucepan.
    Add marshmallows and stir until marshmallows dissolve. Cool until it begins to set.
    Add pineapple and cottage cheese. Whip the whipping cream and fold into mixture.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch dish and chill.
    May be garnished with chopped nuts.
