Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. carrots or 2 jars Jr. carrot baby food
Preparation
    Beat first 8 ingredients together. Fold in carrots and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
