Browned Butter Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine
    3 c. powdered sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 to 4 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Heat margarine; remove and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir in water until smooth.
    Dip cookies.
    Place on wax paper to cool.
