Zucchini Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. zucchini, ground
    2 c. onion, ground
    2 c. green pepper, ground
    5 Tbsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. white vinegar
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the ground zucchini,
    onions, green pepper and salt.
    Let stand overnight.
    In morning,
    drain
    and rinse in cold water and drain again.
    Put in
    large
    kettle
    and add remaining ingredients.
    Bring to a
    boil
    and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
