Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cooked chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine butter and crackers;
    spoon half the crumbs into a shallow 2 quart baking dish.
    Top with chicken.
    Combine sour cream, soups and chicken broth; add salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken
    and
    top with remaining crumbs.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
