Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large peppers (1 red and 2 green)
    1/3 c. hot red or green peppers
    1/3 c. bell peppers (1 medium)
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. wine cider vinegar
    1 small bottle Certo (box) (3 fluid oz.)
    2 or 3 Tbsp. green or red food coloring
Preparation
    Seed the peppers, then grind or chop them.
    Mix peppers with sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a boil and boil 1 minute.
    Lower fire and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add Certo and put in jars.
    Makes 3 1/2 pints.
