Canadian Sugar-Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. maple syrup
    1/2 c. cream (all-purpose)
    3 beaten egg yolks
    3 Tbsp. soft butter
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat brown sugar, egg yolks, milk, syrup and butter.
    Add vanilla, then egg whites, beaten stiff.
    Pour into uncooked pie crust (1 crust).
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until golden, 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
