Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen hash browns
8 oz. sour cream
1 small onion, chopped in small pieces
1/2 stick butter (to saute)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Saute onion in butter. Thaw out hash browns in microwave. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
Pour into casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes. Take
out of oven and pour crushed corn flakes on top. Dab with squeeze butter.
Bake 5 more minutes.
