Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can pineapple rings
white cake mix (or yellow)
brown sugar
margarine
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Melt enough margarine in a glass cake dish to cover the bottom.
Cover with brown sugar.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on bottom.
Add the cake (could be homemade also) mix. Bake according to cake directions.
After cake is finished, flip onto another dish so pineapple is on top.
