Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. very hot water
2 c. cut up, cooked chicken
1/2 c. salsa
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese (8 oz. size)
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 bell pepper, sliced thin
Preparation

Move oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 450\u00b0.
Mix the Bisquick and water; beat vigorously 20 strokes.
Turn onto floured surface and knead about 60 times or until not sticky. Press into a 12-inch greased pizza pan.
Mix chicken and salsa. Sprinkle crust with 1 cup cheese.
Top with onion, chicken mixture and pepper.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
