Date And Nut Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. dates, chopped
1 c. nuts, chopped

Preparation

Add salt to egg whites.
Whip until stiff.
Whip in sugar, a tablespoonful at a time.
Beat constantly.
Fold in other ingredients.
Drop batter from teaspoon onto greased paper.
Bake kisses in slow 225\u00b0 oven until they will retain their shape.
