Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. ground beef
    4 Tbsp. Tender Quick curing salt
    1 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Mix well and put in covered bowl in refrigerator for 4 to 5 days.
    Form into rolls and bake 4 to 6 hours (175\u00b0 or 200\u00b0).
