Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    4 chopped green onions
    dash of red hot sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 cans tomatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove chopped garlic
    Worcestershire sauce
    1 head cabbage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well, except cabbage, using season according to taste.
    Dip cabbage leaves into boiling water until tender.
    Roll small amount of mixture into cabbage leaves.
    Place in Dutch oven.
    Pour 2 cans stewed or plain tomatoes over rolls. Add water to cover and cook until done.
