Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated zucchini
    3 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Pour in greased pans.
    Makes 3 small loaves.
    Bake 25 minutes at 325\u00b0 or 2 bread loaf size pans for 60 minutes at 325\u00b0.
